The chemical industry uses many range of Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump to transfer many different types of chemicals and waste fluids. It can be used to transfer highly aggressive fluids, flammable fluids, abrasive, viscous fluids and highly volatile fluids. M-Pump produces Pump Body of Polypropylene, Kynar, 316 Stainless Steel and Aluminium Alloy with a mixed of different elastomers of Santoprene, Hytrel, Polyurethane, PTFE, Neoprene and Buna to cater for the different application. Paint & Solvent Industry
Paint, Resin & Solvent transfer has always been a difficult application due to the Viscosity, Flammable & Highly Volatile Liquid and Cleaning & Safety requirement. M-Pump are operated by compressed air and is explosion resistance. It can handle flammable and highly volatile liquid and does not require highly expensive explosion proof electric motor. M-Pump is also a Positive Displacement pump, therefore it can transfer liquids of Viscosity of up to a minimum of 10,000 cps.

M-Pump is a Reciprocating Positive Displacement Pump which will greatly improve and optimize the transfer Ceramic Slip which is of High Viscosity, High Abrasion and High Density. With M-Pump's patented high efficiency air system, it can save the factory a huge amount of money. As M-Pump is a Double Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump, the ceramic slip is a straight flow thru which creates lesser abrasion wear as compared to Rotary Positive Displacement Pumps and Centrifugal Pumps.
